5-19-2022 We have made some changes & additions (highlighted in yellow) for the “Per-capita” incentive program 22-23.  We would like to explain the changes and so that we are all on the same page for this program that the Association has enacted to help save your lodges money on per capita and to strengthen our programs of the state.

The association members have voted that the Association may charge each lodge 20% of the annual dues.  Currently we remit $38 per member to Moose International, and that means the Association can charge up to $7.60 per member of your lodge.

The executive board has proposed this program again for the 22-23 moose year; this program will lower your per capita rate by participating in 10 categories.  If you participate in all these areas, your rate could be zero dollars per member. 1.       Plus 1 in membership over May 1 2022 will save your lodge $1 per member in per capita

2.       80% Retention of membership from May 1 2022 will save your lodge $1 per member.

3.       Selling $100 tickets.  The lodge will save 10 cents per ticket up to 8 tickets a year, so .80 per member in savings to the lodge.

4.       International Convention. The President and Administrator must register and attend the international convention and will receive .15 per person for up to 2 people attending. If necessary, one of these attendees can be represented by a lodge member that has been voted on, registered and attended the convention.  So the lodge would save up to .30 per member.

5.       MMA Convention/Conference attendance.  The President and Administrator must register and attend the convention/conference and will receive .15 per person for up to 2 people attending twice a year.  If necessary, one of these attendees can be represented by a lodge member that must register and attended the convention/conference.   $.15 each 2 times a year.  So the lodge could save up to .60 per member

6.       District meetings The President and Administrator would get .10 per attendee for up to 2 members per meeting, 10 meetings a year and submit a lodge report. If necessary, one of these attendees can be represented by a lodge member. The Lodge could save up to $2 per member by attending all meetings and turning in a lodge report.

7.       On time reporting for Moose of the Year & Lodge Safety Inspection.   Lodge could save up to .20 per member.

8.       Heart of the Community grade.  Each report graded Good or better will earn 1 point. Up to 4 points a year could save the lodge up to .20 per member.

9.       Youth Awareness Students.  If your lodge sponsors students to the Youth Awareness training it would receive .25 per student up to 4 students.  Could save the lodge up to $1 per member

10.   Leadership training.  If the entire board is trained the lodge will receive .50 per member.

11.   Moose Charities Donations.  Send an endowment donation in to Moose Charites monthly.  Max 10

12.   Extra Credit.  1 credit for every month you area a plus (max 10)and/or 1 credit for each month you are 80% or higher (max 10)
